  • General terms

    All the activities available with Rivières Evasion are covered by a professional Civil Liability Insurance

    The prices include:

    • A qualified river guide to go with you.
    • The necessary equipment for the activity.
    • A professional civil liability insurance.

    Booking, and participation.

    There are three ways to book:

    • At the booking offices.

    Your booking is confirmed:

    • When we receive the deposit cheque, (30% of the total amount).
    • When we receive the bank transfer (30% of the total amount).

    The remaining 70% is to be paid at the office on the day of the activity. We accept payments by cheque, in cash or through a bank transfer.

    We make a special estimate for group booking. Let us know to get a discount.

    To participate for our activities you must:

    • Be in good health, and have no medical contraindication for white water activities.
    • Know how to swim and to dive.
    • Read the technical description of the activity.
    • Not have any kind of recent sprain or fracture that is not completely healed.

    In case of cancellation, or a smaller number of participants than originally planned:

    For private bookings:

    • Your deposit payment will not be paid back in case of cancellation unless you give Rivières Evasion a 5-day prior notice before the date of your activity.
    • You will be charged for all the initially reserved places in case of cancellation unless you give Rivières Evasion 3-day prior notice before the date of your activity.

    Exceptional cancellations:

    • Rivières Evasion reserves the right to cancel an activity for security reasons (dangerous weather conditions, flooding, release of water from dams…)
    • The guide may refuse to take on a group or people whom he judges to be unfit for the activities.
